Quobby maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Quobby and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
